Things to Ponder

In the early centuries Christians used flagellation as part of spiritual discipline (chains, hooks, metal or glass attached to the end of the flails).  Lashings, scourging, penance, Dominance and submission has always been a part of religion.  The New Testament has drilled flagellation, bondage, and pain into those who believe.

No where in the bible can we find God approved or disapproved of BDSM.  We can find who you can have sex with, but not how.  As far as we can determine sex should be joyous and pleasurable.  We do not find any passages condemning BDSM within a marriage.  We do not find any passages condemning BDSM as perverse, unnatural or abnormal. 

We all were born with 5 senses, and they were meant to be used.  When people use their sense of what feels good, what is pleasurable, and how to give pleasure to their partner, they are using one of the senses they are born with.  Seems to me anyone opposing people using what was created for them to use, have a very limited knowledge of BDSM, and are limited in keeping an open mind for the joy, pleasure, and love that BDSM can add to a loving relationship.
