Filling your colon with liquid. You will either get a enema kit
that has a bag and tube/nozzle or balloon nozzle. (Inflatable
nozzles seems to be preferred) or a single use pre-made solution and
bottle.
Have submissive assume the position of your choice:
Laying on their left side with right knee brought up toward chest (most common).
Laying on back legs spread and raised (most comfortable).
Laying on their right side with left knee brought up toward chest (fills the
cecum).
Laying on stomach (most difficult, gives pressure to abdomen).
Bent over grabbing ankles.
Kneeling legs spread head/chest on the floor/bed.
Advisable to have a waterproof sheet or plastic table cloth protecting
surface in case of accidental leakage/spillage.
Use
a water based lube for nozzle, if you like for the rectum. Make sure and let a little water run out
the tip so no air in the tubing. Don't hold bag more than 18 inches above
anus.
Water temperatures- Most use warm (103-109 degrees F, never
above 115 degrees F) filtered water (avoid tap
water). You can use cool water (85-95 degrees F) or Hot water (110-115 degrees
F). Usual flow rate is about 8 ounces per minute. Most people take
2-3 quarts of fluid. 4-6 quarts of fluid are for those okay with a
completely distended colon.
Can you do a daily enema?
If you are inclined you can do enema's
daily.
Never give an enema to a sub who is suspended upside
down. Breathing difficulties and damage to liver, kidneys and other organs
will most likely occur.
Mixtures- Always used filtered water.
~Standard-Adding 2 teaspoons of salt per quart
of filtered water. Salt is needed to prevent absorption of water through
colon and possibly cause swelling in the brain as well as diluting blood
electrolytes.
~Soap will generally create cramping which some Dom/me's seek. Castile
soap seems to be preferred. If you get the liquid- 1 teaspoon per quart of
water. Always flush with plain filtered water enema to get all the soap
out.
~Intense- added bonus of struggling- 4 ounces liquid Epson salt (magnesium
sulfate), 8 ounces liquid glycerin and 20 oz
filtered water.
~Hot- 1 teaspoon horseradish and 2 quarts filtered water.
~Hot- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper and 2 quarts filtered water.
~Cramps- 8 ounces of whole milk and 8 ounces of molasses warmed to 105
degrees F. Blackstrap molasses seems to be preferred.
~Cramps- 16 oz whole milk, 16 ounces honey, 4 egg white warmed to 105
degrees F.
~Cramps- 1/3 cup of real-lemon juice per quart of filtered water.
~Intense cramps- 3 medium cloves of garlic crushed and steeped for one hour
in 8 ounces of hot water and drop of castile soap. Add steeped solution to
1-2 quarts of warm filtered water. Do a 1/3 on subs left side, 1/3 on subs
right side and 1/3 on subs back for most dramatic effect. Hold for at
least 15 minutes. For additional effect you can add 2 tablespoons Epsom
salt.
~Coffee- 8 ounces regular coffee-preferably organic (not decaf) (you can do
up to 3 cups) and 2 quarts warm filtered water.
~Alcohol- Beer or wine seem to be preferred. You will get drunk
rapidly. It will irritate and possibly burn tissue. 8 ounces beer or
wine to quart of filtered water. Champagne will cause cramping especially
if done cold temperature. Beware there is a chance
of alcohol poisoning with alcohol enemas. You should also avoid hard
liquor for enemas.
~Do not use hydrogen peroxide.
Example of what could occur if enema play is done:
This web site is STRICTLY a site for education but until the Department of Justice
obscenity prosecutions become more clearly defined we are
self-censoring our web site and removing any material that might be questionable
in eyes of the anti-obscenity squad. We certain hope that DOJ does not mix/confuse
education sites with obscenity.
For more information on the topic
above and/or the example of what could occur see Electric Switch's book.
